Can I change the duration of the tour?

Yes, you can! I can tailor the tour to the time you want to spend visiting the sites.

Where do I purchase monuments entry tickets?

They are included in the tour price.

Cancellation policy

No payment is required if the service is cancelled up to one week before the date of the tour.
If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 2 days before the tour, payment of 80% of the amount is required.

If it occurs within 48 hours before the visit, the full payment is required.

Please note: If you book one of my tours through Toursbylocals or Tripadvisor, the cancellation policy changes. I recommend you read it on their websites.

This tour was amazing! First, Luana was very receptive to my inquiries. We quickly settled on an agenda and Luana even arranged for transportation back and forth from Venezia. Luana’s tour of Ravenna made my trip to Venice so memorable. The UNESCO heritage sites were amazing. She gave such wonderfully informative artistic and historical background which enhanced the tour. She was so lovely, enthusiastic, and very accommodating. Her choice for lunch was perfect. I was able to have the local specialty, piadina, which was so delicious. And she also arranged for transport to and from Venice for me which was so helpful. This was the highlight of my week in Venice. Simply fantastic.
